District Announcements

  • Gridley School Wellness Policy

We are in the process of updating our District Wellness Policy.

We would like to put together a group of parents, students, teachers of physical education, school health professionals, school board member, school administrators and members of the public.

This wellness council would revamp the current Policy for the School Board to approve.

The wellness council would also develop goals for nutrition promotion and education, physical activity, and other school-based activities that promote student wellness recommendations for the School Board to adopt.

If you would be interested becoming part of the Wellness Council contact Scott McMillan at smcmillan@gusd.org
