1) First, make sure that you have selected the correct printer from the document window.
“File” “Print” the check that the printer is the one you are trying to use.
2) Next, check the basics. Make sure that it’s getting power and is turned on, that it has paper, and that you have ink in the cartridges.
3) Save the document, then try turning the printer off and rebooting the computer.
