Frontline Absence Management System

Absences are reported through Frontline. Please report absences timely by entering it through the Frontline portal at https://login.frontlineeducation.com/. This helps us with accurate leave tracking, placing a substitute when necessary as well as accounting for employee(s) if there is an emergency or need.

You may also access your real-time leave balances in Frontline.
 
Campus User logins, if applicable, are for approvals & reconciliation, accessed on the same site. If you download the Frontline Education app, you’ll need to input access code 7354.

Information for Injured Workers

If you've injured yourself at work, please review the Injured Workers Resources for information on work-related injuries. Please see the information below on how to report a work-related injury:
 
Step 1: Each employee is responsible to immediately report to their Supervisor that they have injured themselves while working.
Step 2: For emergencies, please call 911 for immediate treatment, then contact Company Nurse following treatment.
Step 3: For non-emergencies, the employee will call Company Nurse at 1-877-778-2576 before the employee leaves the premises. Company Nurse will determine the following: a) First Aid Advice only or b) Medical Referral.
Step 4: If the employee seeks medical treatment, they are required to return a copy of the Work Status Slip to the District Office personnel and a copy to NBSIA. This slip will confirm the appropriate release: full duty, modified duty, and temporarily disabled.
Step 5: Upon receipt of the report of injury (via Company Nurse), employee will received a DWC1 from NBSIA to complete to begin the claim process.

New Hire Information

Email: GUSD email is through Google (gmail.com) and can be accessed on any computer. Please check your emails regularly as important information from the District Office may be emailed to you through your GUSD account.
 
 
Please note: All new hire is contingent upon submission of the required paperwork, completion of the District's hiring processes including, fingerprint clearance, credentials, certificates, license, TB clearance and any other necessary checks for the offered position. Typing certificates need to show a test of three (3) to five (5) minutes with identity verified.
