Butte County SELPA Local Plan
The Butte County SELPA Local Plan has been reviewed and accepted by the California Department of Education and can be found at the following link:CDE Update
CDE recently made changes to California’s Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP) affecting special education complaints.
